Are you passionate about building brands on a global scale? Join us as the Brand Manager, BuzzBallz, where you’ll take the lead in driving the success of Sazerac’s international brand strategy. In this role, you'll be responsible for executing our global strategic plan, annual marketing initiatives, and activations to meet volume and financial goals in key international markets.

What You'll Do
Develop & Execute Global Strategy
- Leverage channel, trade, and consumer insights to shape global marketing plans.
- Contribute to forecasting, budgeting, and brand strategy to hit volume and financial targets.
Grow the Sazerac Global Portfolio
- Support Marketing & Sales in creating and executing brand-building strategies.
- Align efforts with channel strategies and SKU prioritization across key markets.
Prioritize Key Markets & Growth Opportunities
- Focus time and resources on high-impact regions to achieve long-term brand success.
- Ensure alignment on profit, volume, and KPI targets with Global Sales & Marketing.
Lead Strategic Brand Planning & Execution
- Take charge of planning & strategic meetings to ensure smooth execution.
- Maintain brand consistency across all global markets.
Drive Innovation & New Business Development (NBD)
- Identify and launch high-value global opportunities for brand expansion.
- Follow structured processes to execute innovation projects successfully.
Collaborate with Global Teams & Agencies
- Manage advertising, promotions, and media partners to maximize brand impact.
- Ensure consistent global branding to boost consumer awareness worldwide
Invest in Continuous Learning & Development
- Use the PDS system to track personal growth and enhance your marketing expertise.
- Set weekly priorities to keep projects on track and drive efficiency.

Bachelor’s Degree (Marketing preferred)
