Job Description/Responsibilities
The Digital Shelf and eCommerce will lead the eCommerce growth agenda driving Sazerac sales & share by capturing the shopper shift to online by developing & implementing a digital strategy across retail & wholesale, pureplay, DTC & new business customers
- Ownership for the delivery of Sales Plans for (1) National and Key Accounts (2) Marketplaces (Drizly, Instacart, etc). Both measured in-year at 2x levels: – Key metrics (eShare growth, eshare of shelf and eshare of voice – eCommerce Account roadmap (e.g. implementation of strategy and execution plan to grow share.
- Build strategy and execute core brand assortment and portfolio optimization across priority retailers and marketplaces. Create horizontal brand prioritization based on priority brand route to market. ensure priority brands and retailers align and are tracked
- Align with leadership and Trade team on KAP's for eCommerce. Build KPI roadmap focused on eShare growth in priority accounts
- Partner with local teams in developing & deploying market specific winning digital shelf Lead tactical actions for Global Digital Merchandising Team ‘Digital Shelf Hub’ for creating, storing & distributing best-in-class content and operating in service of local market needs
- Work alongside Trade team to build relationships and provide value add opportunities for Sazerac by understanding and enabling strategic and tactical eCommerce and Digital shelf projects at all major accounts
- Execute ‘Mission Control Programs’ across all major National Accounts. Focus on eshare growth and A Digital scores across all accounts
- Lead by example across all consumer, retailer, and internal interactions. ensure expectations are set, measured and reported on a regular basis
- Grow eShare through identified National and Key accounts by leveraging all online capabilities.
- Ensure all internal stakeholders are informed of all activities and are aligned on actions as it relates to digital shelf iniitiatives.
- Learn and internalize company process and system for continual personal improvement

Salary range - $113k - 170k
*Placement within the salary range is calculated based upon years of directly relatable experience for the position.
Qualifications/Requirements
Must Have:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related field
- Ability to work cross-functionally with agent/distributor.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, such as audience targeting and search engine optimization.
- Strong understanding of field sales execution and route to market design
- Ability to communicate with all levels of an org
- Ability to drive results in a complex, high-growth company
- Ability to manage multiple projects at one time
- Demonstrated experience communicating technical information to business clients and less experienced technologists.
- Ability to present both internally and externally to retailers.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with advertising/digital agencies.
- 2 years National Accounts / Key Account experience (on and off premise)
- 2 years Experience in New Business Development

- Experience leading the development and execution of commercial strategies
- 2 years Experience managing national accounts
- 2 years Experience driving change in an organization
- 2 years Experience in the food & beverage industry
