Job Description/Responsibilities
Come be a part of our team, where your efforts will further enhance our story! Our Human Resources Internship offers an exceptional opportunity to gain a thorough understanding of our industry and get exposure to the many functions within human resources, including: talent acquisition, organizational development, compensation, benefits, HR operations, etc. Through business-critical projects, you will gain a working understanding of our industry and develop your professional skills, all while directly contributing to company growth.
The Internship Experience:
- 12-week summer internship from May 19th 2025 to August 9th 2025
- Professional development workshops and networking opportunities
- Social and philanthropic activities
- Work with a mentor to develop project plans, set goals, and receive continuous feedback
- End of summer project presentation
- Opportunity to earn a full-time position post-graduation
Qualifications/Requirements
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in business administration, human resources, or a related field
- Anticipated graduation date between December 2025 and June 2027
- 3.0 cumulative GPA
- Self-motivated, strong work ethic, innovative, solution-oriented mindset, with a passion for learning
- Team player with effective communication skills and a high level of emotional intelligence
- Strong analytical skills and technical aptitude
- Must be willing to relocate to Louisville, Kentucky for the duration of the internship
- Must be at least 20 years of age by the start of the internship
- Permanent authorization to work in the United States for any employer
