Description
Saz’s Catering Lake Country (a division of Saz’s Hospitality Group) at Western Lakes Golf Club in Pewaukee, is seeking Catering Ambassadors for our busy summer season. In this role you will provide unexpected, over-the-top service to every guest, every time, at every event from golf outings to corporate lunches to fairy tale weddings.
If you are passionate about providing exceptional hospitality and creating memorable experiences for guests, we invite you to join our team. Competitive starting pay of $15 per hour for entry-level team members, with compensation adjusted based on experience.
Requirements
Okay, but what does a Catering Ambassador do?
- Set up and break down event spaces
- Assist in the kitchen with dishes and prep work
- Setup and monitor buffets and food stations
- Clear guest plates, glassware and service items while keeping event spaces tidy
- Follow the event details explained by the Banquet Event Order (BEO) and event leaders
- Adhere to all health and safety standards and company training guidelines
- Work as part of a team, solve problems and have fun!
What else do you need to know?
- Banquet/Catering experience is helpful but isn't required
- We’ll provide shirts, apron, vest and tie – you’ll need black pants and black shoes
