What You’ll Do:

• Answer inbound calls and assist customers with inquiries, orders, and service-related questions
• Provide clear, accurate, and professional support to ensure customer satisfaction
• Use internal systems to log interactions and follow up as needed
• Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet performance goals
• Handle occasional outbound calls for follow-ups or customer satisfaction surveys

• Excellent verbal communication skills and a positive attitude
• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and remain calm under pressure
• Comfortable navigating computer systems and learning new tools quickly
• Previous customer service or call center experience is a plus—but not required
• High school diploma or equivalent
