Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and staff with warmth and professionalism
- Answer and direct incoming calls and manage email correspondence

- Coordinate meeting room bookings, deliveries, and mail
- Provide general administrative support to various departments
- Assist with scheduling, document handling, and data entry as needed
