What You’ll Do as an Inbound Call Center Agent:
- Handle Customer Inquiries: Answer incoming calls, provide product/service information, and assist customers with any questions or concerns they may have.
- Problem Resolution: Address customer issues promptly and offer effective solutions to ensure satisfaction.
- Data Entry & Maintenance: Keep accurate records of customer interactions, documenting key details in our systems.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with internal teams to address customer needs and escalate complex issues when necessary.
- Meet Performance Metrics: Aim to exceed call handling time goals, customer satisfaction targets, and quality assurance standards.
