We are looking for a detail-oriented Architectural Drafter to join our team! If you have a passion for architecture, proficiency in drafting software, and a keen eye for detail, we’d love to hear from you.

Responsibilities :

• Utilize software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or other 3D modeling tools to create digital representations of design concepts and produce renderings for client
• Prepare visual presentations, graphics, and renderings to effectively communicate design concepts and proposals to clients, stakeholders, and project teams.
• Assist in the development of construction documents, floor plans, elevations, and sections.
• Collaborate with architects and designers to translate concepts into technical drawings.
• Assist in space planning and layout design to optimize functionality, circulation, and spatial relationships within buildings and interior spaces.
• Ensure all drawings comply with building codes, zoning regulations, and industry standards.
• Revise and update drawings based on feedback from architects, engineers, and clients.
• Stay informed about emerging trends, materials, and technologies in architecture and design, and incorporate innovative ideas into design solutions.
• Manage projects from concept to completion, including client meetings, revisions, and site visits.
• Assist in the preparation of construction documentation including drawings, specifications, and schedules, ensuring accuracy and compliance with project requirements.

Requirements :

Degree or certification in Architecture, Drafting, or a related field.

Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or other drafting software.

Understanding of construction methods, materials, and architectural detailing.

Strong attention to detail and the ability to interpret architectural sketches and specifications.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
