Based in the heart of Dallas, Texas, our office is a hub of activity, dedicated to providing exceptional customer service. As the first point of contact, you will play an essential role in creating a welcoming atmosphere for clients, directing inquiries, and supporting our office operations. Your friendly demeanor and excellent organizational skills will contribute to the smooth running of our office. Responsibilities

Front Desk Management : Greet and welcome clients, providing them with a positive first impression of the company.

Appointment Scheduling : Manage and coordinate the scheduling of client appointments efficiently.

Customer Assistance : Assist clients with inquiries, directing them to the appropriate contacts within the company.

Administrative Support : Perform clerical tasks such as answering phones, data entry, and managing emails.

Maintain Office Environment : Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable with all necessary materials.

Communication : Facilitate clear and effective communication between staff and clients, ensuring a smooth operation.

Requirement

Education : A high school diploma or equivalent is required.

Experience : Previous experience in a customer service or receptionist role is preferred.

Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills are necessary to interact effectively with clients and staff.

Interpersonal Skills : Friendly and professional demeanor with a client-focused attitude.

Organizational Skills : Strong organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.

Technical Skills : Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with basic office equipment like phones, copiers, and printers is required.

Availability : Must be available to work full-time on-site during business hours.
