Duties
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of the landscaping crew to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality results.
- Plan and execute landscape installation projects, including planting trees, shrubs, and flowers.
- Maintain equipment and tools to ensure they are in good working condition.
- Train team members on proper landscaping techniques, safety protocols, and equipment usage.
- Conduct regular inspections of job sites to ensure compliance with company standards and customer expectations.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their landscaping needs and provide expert recommendations.
Requirements
- Proven experience in landscape maintenance or groundskeeping, with a focus on leadership roles.
