Apparel Production Associate

SB Printing is an online fulfillment company that receives, prints and ships T-Shirts. We're looking for an associate that can print t-shirts or can demonstrate the abilities required to print shirts. These abilities would be...the ability to center t-shirts, the skill of observation, quick task changing, and be able to walk/stand for 4 hours at a time.

An ideal candidate is someone that likes working with their hands making things or crafting of some kind. Skills like drawing, woodworking, knitting, sewing and all things of this sort including experience printing shirts.

This is a manual labor job and that means you won't be sitting at a desk or doing remote work. You'll be standing up and moving your body all day printing shirts. Everyone here is committed to getting the work done each day. Your starting pay will be based on your work history and experience. Growth will continue as you show us that you're a reliable and solid person that truly wants to work and can demonstrate a full understanding of the details.

We operate behind the scenes. We do not serve customers face to face. If you're looking to get out of a job that serves the public you'll like it here. You'll never have to deal with an angry customer or pretend to be someone that you're not. We're a small crew that ranges from 13-20 people depending on the season. We like to work hard and also have a good laugh throughout the day. Hard work "comes first" here and you definitely will feel a sense of accomplishment at the end of each day.

The main obligations you'll have is to go fast, be accurate and work diligently.

This is not a corporate environment. You're expected to be yourself and be open. We are all here to get the work done, improve ourselves, and focus on the positive more than the negative.

Some key things you'll need to know about working here:

• You will be required to think critically and quickly here while also doing repetitive tasks.
• You will need to be capable of picking up 30-50 pound boxes.
• You will need to crouch, bend, kneel and stand for 4 hours at a time.
• You will learn something new everyday. A commitment to learning is a must here because we're a custom printing shop and new problems occur all the time.
• This is a team effort operation. You must maintain a positive attitude and make an effort to uplift your workmates.
• We work day shifts Monday-Friday

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 20 per week

Schedule:

• 4 hour shift
