The Senior Director of Connectivity Solutions will lead the development and growth of SBAs. Connectivity Solutions' business includes Managed Wi-Fi, fiber, cell tower, and in-building connectivity in multi-family homes, Hospitals, Master-Planned Development Communities, and Commercial Real Estate. Successful Candidate will manage the Business Development and Sales Operations functions for the Connectivity Solutions Business. What You Will Do – Primary Responsibilities
- The successful candidate will help provide cross-functional leadership and project management for strategic initiatives, partnerships, and operational imperatives to ensure a coordinated plan is implemented across the Connectivity Solutions business.
- The role will manage this business's areas, including operations, sales and business development, finance, and contract, to ensure successful operations and revenue growth.
- This individual must interact with various internal and external customers and communicate effectively at all levels.
- Manage the design, deployment, and operations of telecom and wireless infrastructure.
- Evaluate system design alternatives, product offerings, and market expansion strategies.
- Interacting with internal and external customers and communicating effectively at all levels.
- Create business cases, including market analysis, strategic fit, economic models, and integration plans.
- Facilitate process to align business cases with investment requirements amongst internal stakeholders.
- Manage the P&L for the business and is responsible for sales and revenue targets.
- Help retain the current operating customer base and help grow our business nationwide.
- Work with existing customers/developers and new developers on opportunities to deploy digital infrastructure at their properties.
- Evaluate the competitive landscape and market opportunities to develop, challenge, and refine operating and investment plans, including capital allocation considerations.
- Entrepreneurial approach to deal-making by developing new business models, product offerings, and commercial frameworks that align with the customer's needs.
- Managing day-to-day operations and growth of existing business
- Ability to support business case development and bring an end-to-end solution involving a fiber solution.
- Present business updates, plans, and new business framework to Senior Management on regular basis
- Build detailed financial analysis showing assumptions, drivers, and financial statements representing a conservative, base, and aggressive case.
- Work with Talent Acquisition to recruit, interview, select, hire, and employ a talented and diverse group of high-performing team members.
- Provide oversight and direction to team members in accordance with the organization's policies and procedures.
- Coach, mentor, and develop team members, including overseeing new team member onboarding and providing career development planning and growth opportunities.
- Empower team members to take ownership of their job and goals. Delegate responsibilities as needed and provide routine constructive feedback on performance.
- Create a culture that is consistent with the organization's focus on team member engagement, and that aligns with the organization's mission, vision, and values.
- Lead team members using a performance management and development-focused approach to assist in goal setting, two-way feedback, and performance development planning.

- Bachelor’s degree required. MBA preferred.
- Minimum 15 years of experience with a Fiber/Internet Service Provider.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience managing all business operations about fiber, smart building infrastructure with Real Estate developer, Internet Service Provider, Investment Banking, Private Equity, or a Telecom REIT Field experience, including aerial, underground, and splicing disciplines.
- Knowledge of the Fiber and Wireless technologies like Managed Wi-Fi, 5G, and DAS.
- Demonstrated experience managing complex projects and clients.
- Extensive project management experience
- Comfort working in ambiguous environments and driving clarity with competing objectives.
