Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain the master production schedule to ensure alignment with production goals and customer demands
- Represents the company in cooperation with customers regarding the execution of orders, the level of its inventory, the drawing up of a production plan and its execution, the organization of the shipment of products to customers, the improvement of its warehousing and loading processes
- Coordinate with various departments (e.g., procurement, production, and logistics) to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of materials
- Implement and drive continuous improvement initiatives in production planning processes
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proven experience as a master planning manager or in a similar role within a manufacturing environment
- Proficiency in production planning software and tools
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
- Capability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
