Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and oversee the production process to ensure efficient and timely manufacturing
- Monitor production activities to ensure adherence to quality standards and safety regulations
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency and quality
- Manage and optimize resources, including production development
- Ability to plan the need for raw materials for production matter
- Manage, organize and train production staff
- Bachelor's degree
- Proven experience as a production manager or in a similar role within a manufacturing environment
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Knowledge of industrial health and safety regulations
- Strong organizational and time management skills
