Today we are looking for Shift Supervisor or else called Team Leader who manage workers and operators during a specific shift.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily operations of the production line, ensuring adherence to policies and procedures
- Provide leadership and direction to production staff during the shift
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment by enforcing organizational standards
- Train new employees and provide ongoing training for existing staff
- Ensure all production documentation such as reports and logs are maintained and updated
- Previous experience as a shift supervisor or in a similar role within a manufacturing environment
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to identify and resolve issues efficiently
