Responsibilities
• Hire, train, coach, and develop employees and team leaders
• Delegate tasks to team and provide follow-up
• Hold team accountable for their performance; provide coaching and counseling as needed
• Ensure team provides fast, friendly, and accurate service
• Ensure product quality, restaurant cleanliness, maintenance, and security standards are met
• Staff and schedule appropriately to control labor costs
• Ensure proper cash handling and deposit procedures are followed
• Ensure appropriate inventory and ordering systems are in place, and order food and supplies while applying appropriate cost control measures.
• Responsible for entire store operations including, but not limited to, systems usage, recipe adherence, payroll and timekeeping procedures, and guest interactions. Take corrective action as necessary.
• Any additional duties as assigned
Qualifications
• 3-5 years of restaurant or supervisory experience, preferred
• Excellent communication skills to connect effectively with customers and co-workers
• Possess a positive attitude and ethics that support our values and culture
• Able to work a variety of schedules per business needs and customary scheduling requirements
• Ability to manage a fast-paced, high-volume, clean, customer-focused restaurant
• Prolonged periods of standing, walking, bending and stooping
• Able to lift 50 pounds
• Able to effectively and safely use kitchen equipment
• Possess basic mathematical skills
• Displays professional and appropriate image and appearance
• Strong time-management skills; ability to multi-task, prioritize, and organize
