Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding guest relations by greeting customers warmly and ensuring their needs are met throughout their dining experience.
• Assist in sales efforts by promoting menu items and upselling when appropriate.
• Support kitchen operations by helping with food preparation, cooking, and maintaining cleanliness in the work area.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service during busy periods, including bussing tables and restocking supplies as needed.
• Utilize POS system for order taking and processing transactions accurately.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace to adhere to health and safety standards.
• Contribute to a positive team atmosphere by communicating effectively with colleagues.

Experience

• Previous experience in the food industry is preferred but not required; we welcome candidates eager to learn.
• Familiarity with fine dining service standards is a plus.
• Experience using POS or similar point-of-sale systems is advantageous.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle guest inquiries and concerns professionally.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while managing multiple tasks efficiently.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.
