- Vendor management and obtaining bids for projects
- Attend and organize meetings/events
- Hire vendors and execute contracts
- Coordinate community events with the social committee
- Assist with routine maintenance and improvements for the Association(s)
- Respond to homeowner inquiries
- Coordinate amenity access for pool and club house
- Assist Board of Directors with action items and to do-lists
