The Managing Broker will lead and mentor a growing team of real estate professionals, driving their success while fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture. In addition to team leadership, this role will spearhead strategic initiatives to achieve sales targets, ensuring seamless transitions from property acquisition or rehab / construction to successful sale. Responsibilities include leveraging market insights to recommend competitive pricing, expertly managing property listings on Heartland MLS, crafting impactful marketing strategies, conducting both virtual and on-site property tours, and skillfully negotiating contract terms to secure optimal outcomes.
