Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled, technical Data Analyst to manage, maintain, and enhance our data & technical infrastructure while driving innovative solutions to meet business needs. This role combines expertise in data architecture, engineering, and project management, requiring hands-on technical skills and strategic planning capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Infrastructure Management: Maintain and improve our technical data infrastructure, ensuring high availability, scalability, and security.
- Development and Implementation: Build and deploy new data solutions, leveraging AWS (Redshift, Lambda, Event bridge), Snowflake, and DBT.
- Technical Roadmaps: Develop and execute roadmaps that balance short-term needs with long-term strategy.
- Coding and Scripting: Write and optimize Python and SQL code to meet business and technical requirements.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with business stakeholders to define requirements and deliver data-driven solutions.
- Budget Management: Plan and manage the technical budget effectively, ensuring optimal use of resources.
- Scrappy Mindset: Operate resourcefully and adaptively in a startup environment with constrained funding.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience with AWS services (Redshift, Lambda, Event bridge) or similar dev environment
- Strong proficiency in DBT, Python, and SQL.
- Past experience in roles like Analytics Manager, Senior Analyst, etc.
- Demonstrated ability to manage both technical infrastructure and business-facing solutions.
- Experience working in diverse roles (e.g., analyst, engineer, PM) to ensure comprehensive understanding.
- Ability to plan, budget, and execute technical projects independently.
- Effective communication skills to bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Characteristics:
- Background in restaurants or hospitality is a strong plus.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently while contributing to team goals.

Pay: $125,000.00 - $135,000.00 per year
