The Senior Salesforce Developer will play a crucial role in driving innovation, optimizing processes, and delivering high-quality Salesforce solutions that meet our business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Architect, design, develop, test, and deploy Salesforce solutions based on business requirements
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders, business analysts, and other developers to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions
- Customize Salesforce to meet specific business needs by creating custom objects, fields, formulas, workflows, process builder flows, and Lightning components
- Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and other systems using APIs, middleware, and third-party tools
- Evaluate new Salesforce features and updates to determine their relevance and impact on existing systems and processes
- Perform code reviews, identify potential issues, and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Salesforce configurations, customizations, and integrations
- Optimize existing Salesforce implementations for performance, scalability, and reliability
- Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement
- Stay updated with the latest Salesforce trends, tools, and technologies, and make recommendations for improvements and enhancements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development with expertise in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce APIs
- Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I and II, Salesforce Certified Application Architect, or equivalent certifications are highly desirable
- Proven experience in leading and managing Salesforce development projects from conception to deployment
- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, security model, and best practices
- Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other web technologies
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex technical issues and provide effective solutions
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
