Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a key member of the leadership team, shaping and executing the company’s global operations strategy.
- Lead end-to-end supply chain management, ensuring operational efficiency, cost savings, and best-in-class KPIs.
- Drive process and procedure development while maintaining a strong product-driven mindset.
- Act as a change agent, unafraid to challenge existing structures, and rebuild where necessary.
- Oversee global operations, ensuring seamless collaboration across factories, suppliers, and partners worldwide.
- Negotiate with and earn respect from factory partners, particularly in Asia, leveraging an extensive network in the region.
- Engage directly with clients, representing the company in strategic discussions and partnerships. Experience working with Global Clients.
- Build and implement innovative operational solutions, driving efficiencies across the global supply chain.
- Manage a global team, demonstrating a proven ability to lead diverse, international and domestic teams. Sourcing and Supply Chain, Production and QC will be reporting in.
- Travel extensively, especially in the early stages, to establish key relationships and ensure operational alignment.
- Extensive global supply chain and operations experience, with a proven track record of driving efficiencies.
- Strong change management background, with the ability to transform processes and systems.
- Deep experience in negotiating with factories and supply partners, particularly in Asia.
- Ability to balance structured corporate processes with an entrepreneurial mindset.
- Experience in industries such as packaging, manufacturing or sourcing companies.
- A results-driven leader, measured on cost savings, operational efficiency, and KPI success.
- Flexibility in location – can be based in Europe or elsewhere
Salary : $250,000
