RTW Designer is looking for a Costing Manager. This position is responsible for providing detailed and accurate product costing that align with company financial goals. The Costing Manager will collaborate across multiple departments in order to establish product details, order quantities and material requirements that directly impact costing.

- Pre-cost all current lines working with approved vendors meeting target prices.
- Work with product development prior to line opening to review and estimate costs.
- Organize and review all initial costs with department heads prior to official costing reviews.
- Determine initial yields needed for garments
- Assess and report on any opportunities for cost reduction.
- Review and track any changes in product design, raw materials, manufacturing methods and present cost impacts to Head of Production and President.
- Analyze and negotiate all costs as they come in at each stage of costing
- Advise counterparts on delivery/margin challenges as they arise
- Analyze seasonal reports by unit, markup and gross profit in order to fulfill seasonal goals.
- Collaborate with merchandising and sales to set wholesale prices
- Handle final cost negotiation with factories
Salary : $100,000 - $115,000
