Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with the company's brand vision, business goals, and market trends.?
- Team Management: Lead and mentor marketing professionals, fostering a collaborative and results-driven work environment.?
- Brand Development: Enhance and strengthen the company’s brand through consistent messaging, visual identity, and brand voice across all channels.?
- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and consumer preferences to inform marketing and product development efforts.?
- Budget Management: Efficiently manage and allocate the marketing budget to maximize ROI and achieve KPIs.?
- Data Analysis: Utilize data-driven insights to measure and analyze campaign effectiveness, optimizing strategies for maximum impact.?
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with Sales, Product Development, and Creative teams to align marketing efforts with company goals.?
- Performance Metrics: Define and track key performance metrics, regularly reporting on marketing performance to senior management.
- Print Advertising: Oversee print advertising campaigns in leading luxury magazines and publications to enhance brand visibility among high-end audiences.?
- Events and Sponsorships: Plan and execute participation in prestigious industry events, trade shows, and strategic partnerships to showcase our brand and products.?
- Public Relations: Manage PR efforts, including media relations and press releases, to secure high-quality coverage in top-tier publications.?
- Partnerships: Identify and cultivate partnerships with luxury brands and influencers to expand our reach and credibility within the luxury segment.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or a relevant field required.
- Minimum 10-15 years of marketing experience, with expertise in traditional and digital strategies, preferably in the luxury or jewelry industry.
- Proven success in developing and implementing marketing campaigns that drive growth and enhance brand recognition.
- Deep understanding of emerging marketing trends and technologies within the luxury retail sector.
- Master’s Degree in Business Administration is preferred.
- Proficient in leadership and team management, adept at cultivating and inspiring high-performing teams.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to articulate complex business strategies effectively.
- Adaptability to family-based private group settings, coupled with strong stakeholder management skills at the leadership level.
- Analytical mindset with a knack for data-driven decision-making.
Salary : $160,000 - $190,000
