What are the responsibilities and job description for the Dropship Coordinator position at SBH Fashion?
- 5 Days in Office in Secaucus , New Jersey
Shopify Integration
- Testing to ensure orders can be brought in correctly into A2000
- Once live will be processing and bringing these orders into A2000
- Pull in the orders manually and process Drop Ship EDI orders and submit report to warehouse team for allocation
- Send out report to correct parties and let them know how many orders total for the day
- Drop Ship onboarding new accounts, maintain old DS accounts
- Collect documentation & submit to continue through to next steps (tax id etc)
- EDI / FTP setup & testing
- Create line lists for new accounts to make sure styles will go live when the time comes.
- DSCO onboarding
- Submit Templates & correct any errors in the Exceptions report that is generated.
- Dillard’s new DS styles are a 2 step submission first style submission on simple template with image and style detail, second step is image submission via eBiz
Maintain current Drop Ship accounts (Dillard’s, Nord & Rack, Saks off 5th & Macys, Shopify)
- DSCO
- Cancel style/size per the Warehouse Team & update the UPC to reflect Discontinued
- Working to clean up a lot of discontinued items that still show on Nord & Rack & will be submitting to (Nordstrom) & the Merch specialist to mark these upcs as hidden so we do not get penalized.
- Update all cost on styles in portal
- Commerce Hub
- Cancel style/size per the Warehouse Team & update the UPC to reflect Discontinued
- Dillards DS
- Cancel style/size per the Warehouse Team by generating an 870 in A2000 and sending.
- Shopify site- manage & Maintain site
- Customer service response to any inquiry
- Process orders & submit packing slip to Warehouse team for allocation.
- Load new styles & update the site to reflect what styles Neil would like in what category
- MMP (Macy’s Marketplace)
- Create & submit templates
- Filter through errors
- Move UPCs from RH to A2000 as needed
- Upload into A2000
- Move UPCs from incorrect color codes to correct code
- Reupload to the correct color
- Send style/color to catalog per sales team as needed.
- Make any additional changes as instructed as needed per the IT Team.
Must have great multi-tasking skills.
Salary: $55,000-$65,000
