Key Responsibilities:
- Product Selection & Sourcing:
- Identify and source high-quality footwear products that align with our brand and meet Amazon’s customer expectations.
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify emerging trends and customer preferences within the footwear market.
- Establish and maintain relationships with footwear suppliers and manufacturers to ensure competitive pricing, availability, and timely delivery.
- Amazon Marketplace Management:
- Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle on Amazon, including product listings, inventory levels, pricing strategies, and promotions.
- Optimize product content on Amazon (titles, descriptions, images, keywords) to maximize discoverability and conversion rates.
- Analyze sales data, customer reviews, and Amazon analytics to adjust product offerings and strategy in real-time.
- Inventory & Stock Management:
- Ensure that inventory levels are optimized to meet demand and avoid stockouts or overstocking, working closely with the logistics and warehouse teams.
- Collaborate with the supply chain team to forecast demand and implement reorder strategies to maintain a consistent product offering.
- Pricing & Profitability:
- Develop and implement pricing strategies to maintain competitive positioning on Amazon while ensuring profitability.
- Regularly assess pricing, discounts, and promotional strategies to boost sales and maintain competitiveness.
- Performance Analysis & Reporting:
- Monitor and analyze sales, traffic, conversion, and other key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess product performance.
- Provide detailed reports and insights to the leadership team regarding sales trends, product performance, and opportunities for growth.
- Vendor Negotiation & Relationship Management:
- Negotiate terms, pricing, and lead times with vendors to ensure cost-effectiveness and reliable product availability.
- Foster strong relationships with suppliers to enhance collaboration and secure exclusive product deals.
- Experience:
- 3 years of experience in e-commerce buying, preferably in footwear or related fashion categories, with a strong focus on Amazon marketplace.
- Proven track record of managing Amazon product listings, increasing sales, and optimizing product pages.
- Skills & Knowledge:
- Deep understanding of Amazon Seller Central and FBA (Fulfillment by Amazon) operations.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data, customer feedback, and market trends.
- Expertise in sourcing products, negotiating with suppliers, and managing inventory.
- Familiarity with Amazon’s advertising tools and strategies (e.g., Sponsored Products, Amazon DSP).
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Google Analytics, and other relevant e-commerce tools.

Salary : $120,000 - $150,000
