We are looking for a full-time Graphic Designer with strong knowledge Junior High volume Fast Paced Apparel Market. This role reports to the Merchandiser and is based at our NYC headquarters in the Garment District.

- Work closely with merchandiser and Head designer to develop and execute product designs for Junior apparel
- Seasonal trend awareness and suggestions are welcome.
- Spec and placement of final product to be used for production
- Prepare and finalize technical drawings of proposed product to be used for production
- Adhere to design calendar and deadlines
- Interpret Graphic design/style trends into specific product category within pricing s guidelines and factory capabilities
- Maintain a high level of creativity, attention to detail, and efficiency while working on tight deadlines and multiple projects
- Assisting with additional design projects and tasks as needed
- PhotoShop and Illustrator a must
- Must be able to easily interpret inspiration and art directions
- Experience with Adobe InDesign preferred
- Fashion flats and CAD proficiency preferred
- Junior and Missy aesthetic understanding
- Organized, dedicated and process-driven team player with heavy attention to detail.
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment, prioritize workload successfully and execute projects with fast-turnaround, under budget, ahead of tight deadlines.
