With a strong e-commerce presence., This role will require an analytical thinker to support the Head of Ecommerce to assist with all marketing-related activities and campaigns. This person ideally will have some DTC fashion experience and is passionate about digital marketing. This role offers a clear-cut path for growth in a rapidly growing department with a start-up feel with a well-established player in the apparel business.

- Collaborate with the Head of E-Commerce on customer acquisition initiatives through all the major sales channels including, but not limited, to SEO, SEM, affiliate, and paid social marketing.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to support the day-to-day marketing activities.
- Update and maintain marketing merchandising calendars.
- Assist in execution of A/B and multivariate testing for paid digital marketing campaigns applying learned insights to future marketing strategies.
- QA and optimize marketing campaign experiences.
- Establish comprehensive reporting of all digital marketing channels to track KPI performance and communicate analysis on a weekly monthly basis.
- Research and evaluate new & emerging digital marketing channels and identify opportunities for growth.
- Monitor website performance, user behavior, and funnel metrics, providing insights for optimization.
- Collaborate with creative teams to develop marketing assets that align with performance goals.
- 3 years relevant experience in DTC digital or growth marketing, preferably in the fashion or apparel space.
- Outstanding analytical skills and knowledge of key industry metrics, experience with Google Analytics a plus.
- Strong knowledge of Google AdWords and Facebook Ads Manager.
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel, including, but not limited to, VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables, required.
- Familiarity with Shopify preferred.
- Experience with Emarsys, Attentive, or other email/SMS marketing platforms is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Proven track record of achieving ROI-positive growth strategies in prior roles.
Salary : $90,000 - $110,000
