We are looking for a full-time TECHNICAL /GRAPHIC DESIGNER to work alongside our OUTDOOR HARDLINES DIVISION. This role reports to the Director of Product Development based at our BROOKLYN headquarters.

- Work closely with Director of PD to develop and execute product designs AND FLAT SKETCHES for assigned categories
- Support research and development of seasonal trends
- CREATE TECHNICAL Spec SHEETS FOR product to be used for COSTING
- Prepare and finalize technical drawings of proposed product to be used for production
- Adhere to design calendar and deadlines.
- Interpret design/style trends into brand appropriate product that fits within pricing strategy and production’s skill capacity
- CREATE PRODUCTION READY TECH PACKS FOR GRAPHIC ARTWORK FILES APPLIED TO PRODUCTS.
- Maintain a high level of creativity, attention to detail, and efficiency while working on tight deadlines and multiple projects
- Assisting with additional design projects and tasks as needed
- Highly skilled in Photoshop and proficient in Illustrator
- 3D SOFTWEAR.
- Experience with Adobe InDesign preferred
- Organized, dedicated and process-driven team player with heavy attention to detail.
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment, prioritize workload successfully and execute projects with fast-turnaround, under budget, ahead of tight deadlines.
- Highly proficient in Adobe Creative Suite MS Office, Canva
- High energy level and a passion for your work and the overall business
- Demonstrated ability and willingness to be flexible for business needs
Salary : $75,000 - $90,000
