- Analyze and identify global and regional product trends through key weekly and monthly reporting.
- Continuously leverage analysis and productivity to inform global projections and assortments for Sales, Production, and Design on a weekly, monthly, seasonal, and yearly basis.
- Measure new trends and apply them to pre-season buys, CORE projections, and in-season actions for Ecommerce
- Review Monthly ATS and make recommendations to Ecommerce and Wholesale for Markdowns and Off-price allocations
- Work with Ecom to analyze and advise on weekly selling, by Category, Season, and Style Recaps
- Provide hindsight selling reports, analyzing performance by cost, retail, best sellers by class, best sellers by category, best sellers by delivery, and CORE.
- Pre-market analysis includes a deep dive into specific accounts, reviewing a 12-week trend, ensuring best sellers are current, and compiling a total best seller list
- Provide inventory reporting and analysis, including inventory levels, inventory turns, and inventory projections.
- Develop safety stock strategies for finished goods and fabrics to support revenue targets and quick-turn projects.
- Provide seasonal, global financial framework for Retail and Wholesale.
- Manage Open to Buy needs to support seasonal newness investment, CORE planning, and collaboration with Ecom team.
- Review, process, and react to monthly, seasonal, and end-of-year profitability for Wholesale partners.
- Foster effective teamwork and communication with key business partners (i.e., Design, Finance, Production, ,Wholesale, and Ecom).
- Work closely with Production to track incoming goods and make prioritization suggestions to maximize business potential and align with channel needs.
- Generate and distribute weekly and monthly eCommerce, Wholesale, and company-wide product selling reports.
- Update and manage the Skypad system to ensure accurate reporting and forecasting.
- Collaborate with Production on fabric projections to align with upcoming demand.
- Update the Post Market Merchandise document four times a year for selling on new collection.
- Update the Post Market selling report on new collection.
- Work with Design on collection hindsight reports to inform future planning.
- Partner with the eCommerce Merchandiser to provide weekly reporting and insights.
- 15 years experience in a supply planning or production planning role
- Experience with Skypad and ERP system.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills
- Proven track record of managing various projects and the ability to meet deadlines
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
- Bachelor’s degree
Salary : $155,000 - $165,000
