Fast paced Apparel company in midtown NYC seeking a hardworking and motivated Production Coordinator. Must have apparel experience and excellent Excel skills.

- Daily communication with overseas agents & factories to maintain & coordinate production flow, issue overseas' POs, keep track of order placements, gollow up on approval due dates & deliveries, willing to resove problems and issues as they arise, etc.
- Oversee and keep production on schedule
- Adhere to different procedures and requirements of each retail customer accounts & able to process & understand tech packs & spec sheets as needed
- Send comments for all Lab Dips, Fits, Approvals, etc
- Monitor day to day details on orders
- Review all documents, invoices, packing lists to ensure accuracy
- Tracking and maintaining incoming and outgoing packages
- 5 - 10 years in experience in apparel production
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel a must
- Very detail oriented individual
- Excellent organizational skills, detail oriented
- Ability to prioritize, multitask and work well in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must be a motivated self-starter & team player
Salary : $80,000
