Position Overview: Production Coordinators assist with production process from the seasonal development to product delivery.

Position Overview: Production Coordinators assist with production process from the seasonal development to product delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintaining the organization of all samples and production PO’s
- Communicate with cross-functional teams as well as overseas factories
- Maintain costing accuracy in system and communicate any changes to relevant teams
- Track production deliverables and status to proactively identify issues
- Responsible for all vendor communication including onboarding new vendors
- Facilitate confirmation of final cost and delivery dates with teams and partners
- Additional duties that may be determined by management
- 3 years' experience in pet supply production and/or product development
- Fluent in English with fluency in Mandarin and/or Cantonese
- Previous experience with integrated systems including order management and product development modules
- Ability to plan, manage time, and make decisions in a fast-paced environment
- Able to prioritize and re-prioritize work to meet critical deadlines
- Able to communicate effectively with cross functional partners at various levels in various locations globally
- Able to proactively identify issues, provide creative solution options and work collaboratively to resolve issues
- Able to maintain office hours guidelines
Salary : $60,000 - $75,000
