Regional HR Manager
- Implement HR strategies and initiatives that align with the company's objectives and promote employee engagement, retention, and productivity.
- Deliver exceptional outcomes for our customers by ensuring quality through the employee experience.
- You act as a HR business partner, with a focus on meaningful growth, creating a culture of trust, collaboration, safety and transparency.
- Provide guidance and support to line managers and employees on various HR matters, including performance management, employee relations, talent acquisition, compensation and benefits, training and development, and compliance with employment laws and regulations.
- Monitor and analyze HR related KPIs, follow up and develop strategies to improve results where necessary. ?
- Identify internal and external risks, actively managing crises and take learnings forward
- Secure a long-term succession plan for the Region, coaching and following up to be sure the organization can meet the current and future business needs?
- Partner with the parent organization in North America to maximize resources and to ensure employees have the best experience possible (ie. admin support, employee relations, health, wellbeing, salary and benefits benchmarking)?
- Collaborate with the HR team to design and deliver effective training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives, including employee surveys, recognition programs, and feedback mechanisms to ensure a positive work environment and high levels of employee satisfaction.
- Manage and resolve employee relations issues, conduct investigations when necessary, and recommend appropriate actions to maintain a positive work environment and mitigate risks.
- Stay updated with HR trends, best practices, and legislative changes, and apply this knowledge to enhance HR policies and practices within the organization.
- Partner with regional and corporate HR leaders to drive consistency in HR programs, policies, and processes across multiple locations.

- Oversee the recruitment and selection process for key leadership positions, ensuring a diverse and talented workforce.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support organizational change initiatives and promote a culture of inclusion and diversity.
- Work with the Regional Controller to set the annual HR budget, securing needed investment
- Years of progressive experience in HR roles, with a focus on securing high performing teams throughout various stages of the employee life cycle and and HR operations
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or relevant HR certifications are a plus, however comparable work experience is valued just as much.
- Proven experience in implementing HR strategies that align with organizational goals and drive employee engagement and retention.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a strategic mindset and the ability to think critically.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations, including experience in managing compliance-related matters.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Salary : $150,000 - $165,000
