Regional Manager - Retail

High-level position overseeing 15 stores, each with their own Store Manager and typically 2 sales associates. Will be responsible for staff training and ensuring adherence to brand standards.

Key aspects of the role:

Overseeing the operations and performance of 15 boutique stores within a specific geographic area, ensuring they meet sales targets, uphold brand standards, and deliver consistent customer service by managing store managers, providing training, analyzing sales data, and implementing strategic initiatives to maximize profitability across all boutiques in their region.

Providing training and development for at various locations within their region, ensuring they have the necessary tools and skills to create high-quality trend right clienteling.

• Quality Control:
  
  

Regularly visiting different locations to assess the quality of clienteling and internal relationships, identifying areas for improvement.

• Brand Consistency:
  
  

Ensuring all locations within their region maintain a consistent brand experience regarding presentation, taste profiles, and service standards

• Market Analysis:
  
  

Staying informed about fashion trends and consumer preferences to adapt accordingly.

Who might be a good fit for this role:
