What are the responsibilities and job description for the Retail Analyst / Planner position at SBH Fashion?
Roles/Responsibilities
- Reports to VP of Planning (remote employee in BV) with dotted line to Sr. Merch Planner (NYO employee who will be primary contact for general 3PL logistics)
- Oversee bi-monthly domestic replenishment of Sam’s Club women’s active business (would like for them to have either Sam’s or Walmart experience or ideally a little of both as we will eventually utilize this new hire for Walmart as well)
- Create and submit POs in NOVA
- Manage PO log and ensure error-free EDI transmissions are received, processed, routed & shipped on time
- Liaison between NYO Sales/PD team, domestic 3PL (customer service) & customer (Sam’s Club & Walmart)
- Communicate directly with customer on any PO issues (extensions, pick up failures, etc.)
- Monitor and manage OTIF (chargebacks, etc.)
- Assist in collating weekly retail sales data and publishing reports
- Pull data from Luminate
- Create ad hoc reports
- Inventory management
- Manage production ladder and work with overseas team to ensure inbound POs ship on time & are received in the domestic 3PL (w/ Sr. Merch Planner)
- Salary $70,000-$80,000
