Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Wholesale Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the wholesale industry and experience in building and managing relationships with key clients. This role involves overseeing wholesale accounts, developing sales strategies, and driving growth for our brand in the wholesale market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales and Account Management:
  • Develop and manage relationships with key wholesale accounts, ensuring long-term partnerships.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets by effectively negotiating and closing wholesale deals.
  • Monitor and track wholesale orders to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
  • Conduct regular visits to existing and potential clients to strengthen relationships and increase sales opportunities.
  • Market Research and Strategy:
  • Identify and target new wholesale opportunities in both existing and untapped markets.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to tailor wholesale offerings.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure promotional materials and sales strategies align with wholesale needs.
  • Product Knowledge and Presentations:
  • Stay updated on product offerings, pricing structures, and promotions to effectively communicate the value proposition to clients.
  • Prepare and present product demonstrations to prospective clients.
  • Order Management and Coordination:
  • Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., logistics, finance, customer service) to ensure smooth order processing and accurate billing.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues related to orders, product quality, or delivery in a timely manner.
  • Reporting and Analysis:
  • Prepare regular sales reports and provide insights on sales performance, market trends, and client feedback.
  • Use data and feedback to adjust strategies and improve overall sales results. Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of [X] years of experience in wholesale sales, account management, or business development.
  • Skills:
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
