Womenswear brand focusing on dresses is looking for a Sales Manager who will be responsible for driving sales and creating strategic partnerships for long term growth

- Responsible for all daily, weekly and monthly account maintenance of existing customers and generation of new accounts
- Prepare and Drive Seasonal Markets: communicate Brand Strategy, initiatives and goals.
- Determine dollar projections by client to meet financial goals. Negotiate and maintain vendor margin and sales plan
- Create strategic and aggressive growth plans for new accounts
- Identify and champion communication to Merchandising/Design of product development opportunities.
- Work closely with Production to ensure gross margin expectations and timely product projections
- Keep abreast of competition, advising on new process, product and promotional needs to maintain the competitive edge
- A bachelor’s degree required
- 5 plus years of experience in apparel and accessories sales preferably with a young contemporary lifestyle brand.
- Must have established top and mid-tier relationships with Accounts/Buyers.
- Must cultivate and maintain strong relationships with retailers
- Must be self-motivated, organized, pro-active and have excellent communication skills
- Must be highly analytical and numbers driven
Salary : $90,000 - $110,000
