As a Senior Designer, you will lead the creation of dynamic and engaging women’s apparel. Collaborating closely with graphic design, product development, and production teams, you will spearhead the development of innovative designs for our top women’s brands.

- Explore emerging trends, partnering with leadership to conceive compelling concepts.
- Develop impactful presentations to effectively communicate ideas and foster collaboration.
- Stay ahead of industry developments by continuously integrating new techniques, materials, and resources.
- Produce sketches, approve specifications, maintain design archives, and manage product data.
- Select and review materials, ensuring a well-stocked library.
- Approve samples, ensure color and quality consistency, and oversee the fit process.
- Partner with production to develop and track fabrics, maintain sample libraries, and adhere to standards.
- Review and approve materials, accurately track details, and maintain consistency across samples and production.
- Develop technical packages with sketches, specifications, and construction details.
- Customers and Relationships:
- Oversee internal communication and relationships with vendors, manufacturers, and new partners.
- 5-8 years of apparel design experience, with significant relevant experience in the field
- Superior organizational and communication skills; team-oriented
- Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines; highly detail-oriented, meticulous, and creative
- Creativity, technical capability, and merchandising sensibility; strong sketching ability
- Extensive knowledge of garment construction, pattern making, silhouettes, colorways, sewing techniques, fabrication, and trim; familiar with print design and manufacturing
- Graphic Design experience is a plus
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office, Adobe products, CAD, and MAC computers
Salary : $125,000 - $155,000
