As the Global Education Event ?gurehead this role will establish and implement an outbound infrastructure and de?ne the 360 strategy for global education events.
Essential Functions
Education Events Sales Strategy & Execution
- Create the company’s 360 strategy for sales driving education events both for immediate action and over the next 1–3 years; translate strategy into actionable investments and detailed plans in alignment with leadership.
- Monitor key business health metrics as they are re?ected in education events (such as forecasting training product, manage departmental budget, Monthly Business Reviews) and ensure business cadence aligns with projected growth.
- Identify, own, and execute strategic initiatives to expand the company’s global reach and deepen connections across global channels.
- Collaborate with Field Sales, Operations, and Customer Success teams to deliver a seamless, ef?cacious experience for retailers and clients.
- Leverage industry Education Event research to improve pipeline ef?ciency, territory utilization, ?eld team effectiveness, and overall sales and training processes.
- Proactively implement process upgrades, create globally scalable tools and spearhead initiatives to increase ef?ciency and consistency within the company’s sales framework.
- Bring expertise to the interplay between sales and education for Account Executives,
- Partner with leadership to recruit, mentor, and inspire high-performing internal and external sales and education teams. Lead by example to support individual and collective success.
- Author and manage clear sales goals and ensure team events education targets are consistently reached or exceeded.
- Deliver training programs and scalable that highlight the company’s innovative product bene?ts and empower the sales and education team to meet ambitious goals in line with our key retailers.
- Build and maintain meaningful relationships with retailers and clients through team collaboration, tailored solutions, and customer-centric innovation.
- Champion cross-departmental collaboration to seamlessly implement consistent global education, events Events in a box.
- Stay on the pulse of the evolving beauty space, informed by trends, skincare innovations, and competitive landscapes.
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences, reinforcing the brand’s position as a leader in clean, results-driven skincare.
- ~7 years in sales, ideally within beauty or skincare industries (Sephora Experience required)
- ~4 years of education / leadership experience managing teams in dynamic, diverse, customer-focused settings.
- Demonstrated success in building and scaling sales and education initiatives.
- Proven ability to lead teams to increase revenue and expand customer acquisition.
- Ownership mindset with creativity and resourcefulness to navigate challenges.
- Willingness to travel up to 90% of the time.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Agility to manage change, juggle priorities, and execute goals in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to align the company’s brand philosophy—clean, fruit-forward, clinically effective skincare—with strategic and operational decisions.
- Experience creating & delivering ?eld team training materials required
- Strong Microsoft Of?ce skills
Salary : $120,000
