Senior Sales Associate

Luxury Accessory brand is hiring a Senior Sales Associate for their new store opening at Belmont Park Village!

The Senior Sales Associate is responsible for providing personalized client experience, building strong client relationships, meeting and exceeding sales objectives. She/He will be a role model to the team and will support the Store Manager in operational duties.

Client and Business oriented

• Represent the company as an Ambassador of the brand;
• Play an active role on the sales floor;
• Support the team in sales and procedures
• Build up a loyal Clientele;
• Product knowledge and sensitivity to competitors’ trading activities.
• Constantly improve quality of the services, meet and exceed customer expectations.
  
  

Operations

• Work within established guidelines, procedures, policies and standards of the Company;
• Be able to correctly operate the retail systems (stock transfer, payments, customer data base, etc.
• Attach price tags to merchandise on the shop floor;
• Support the organization of back of house, stock rooms, maintenance rooms, alterations, shipping, etc. in accordance with the Company’s standards.
• Be involved in the Stock maintenance and Inventory;
• Report discrepancies and problems to the Supervisor;
• Maintain merchandising standards.

• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Minimum 4 years sales experience in fashion and luxury contexts;
• Fluent in English, foreign languages are a plus.
  
  

Hourly: $25-28/hr
