As a High End Store Manager, you are the leader and role model to your entire staff. You are responsible for building a team of people who can help drive sales, maintain cleanliness, engage customers, and maintain customer relationships. You need to always be thinking out of the box and come up with innovative ways to keep your customers and staff engaged. - Practice and lead with the company’s core values
- Responsible for monthly store sales goals
- Recruit and train a sales team of senior and junior sales staff
- Inspire your staff on a daily basis through good habits
- Provide clear feedback and regular coaching of staff
- Maintain cleanliness on a daily basis
- Re-merchandise and reset your floor weekly following a store sales plan
- Maintain strong customer relationships
- Take true ownership of your location
- Responsible for all store operations
- Execute and maintain store schedule based on store sales goals and payroll percentages, making adjustments where needed
- Communicate consistently with the managing and buying teams
- Be innovative with resources
- Utilize all sales tools
- Have a following: Social Media, Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, TikTok.
- Undergraduate degree
- 3-5 years of management experience in a retail environment
- Prior experience as a Fashion Retail Clothing or Accessories Store Manager
- Oxford Medical

Salary : $65,000 - $75,000
