The VP of Manufacturing oversees the strategic and operational aspects of manufacturing, ensuring efficient production, scalability, and alignment with business goals. This role is critical in driving operational excellence and ensuring the facility’s success in meeting client expectations and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive manufacturing strategies to optimize productivity, scalability, and cost-efficiency
- Oversee production scheduling, inventory control, and supply chain coordination to meet production targets
- Implement lean manufacturing principles, automation, and process improvement initiatives. Collaborate with cross-functional leaders, including R&D, Sales, and Regulatory, to align
- manufacturing objectives with business goals
- Manage and oversee compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards (e.g., FDA, ISO, GMP)
- Develop and manage manufacturing budgets, ensuring financial efficiency
- Lead, mentor, and develop department leaders, including Production, Packaging, and Warehousing teams
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement corrective actions as needed
- Serve as a core member of the executive leadership team and a key advisor to the CEO
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 10 years of leadership experience in manufacturing operations, preferably in the personal care or FMCG sector
- Expertise in lean manufacturing, process improvement methodologies, and automation technologies
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Entrepreneurial spirit and a passion for the personal care industry
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a start-up environment
- Ability to think strategically while executing tactically and managing day-to-day operations
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across teams
Salary : $225,000
