The Vice President of Production is responsible to oversee production and project management for direct import, POE and warehouse orders for all customers. Support the cross-functional departments to make the best organizational decisions for timely merchandise delivery, efficiency, and profitability.

- Lead & oversee 9 production coordinators in NJ and NY for warehouse/ POE/DI orders for all customers and all divisions.
- Oversee project implementation of new company platforms.
- Trouble-shoot issues between departments regarding production.
- Oversee POE-DI reporting to finance provided by production including compiling and distributing monthly “finished goods” report.
- Escalate and resolve any late or foreseeable late customer orders that can result in chargebacks.
- Work closely with planning on any production issues that may impact forecast.
- Lead weekly touch base with packaging & item set up teams.
- Oversee product placement of rollout programs including order finalization, production, and shipping of orders for all customers.
- Walmart: directly manage WM replenishment business including greige forecast, order placement and management through shipping.
- Walmart: directly manage WM rollout orders in production through shipping.
- Laise between global agents and US cross-functional departments to support accuracy, alignment and forward movement of orders.
- Daily follow up to support customer and supplier needs and tracking of order progression.
- Daily program management through multitude of program trackers.
- Weekly meetings with India and Pakistan teams to review open orders and issues.
- Weekly meetings with cross-functional teams to review open orders and issues.
- Utilize company system/tools to extract/review data and make daily business decisions.
- Coach, mentor and support direct report and cross-functional teams to make best business decisions for efficiency, productivity and profitability.
- Collaborate on special projects pertaining to process, systems and companywide initiatives.
- Strong management and leadership skills.
- Extensive knowledge of the principles, procedures, and best practices in the industry.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and ERP system software.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- At least 10 years of industry-related experience including 5 years of managing multiple team members.
Salary : $165,000 - $185,000
