- Support the Director of Wholesale in managing key wholesale accounts, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
- Act as the primary point of contact for select accounts, fostering strong relationships and addressing partner needs proactively.
- Develop and maintain close, collaborative relationships with accounts to understand their unique needs and ensure the brand’s consistent representation.
- Assist in developing and implementing global sales strategies to expand the brand’s presence across department stores, specialty stores, and e-commerce platforms.
- Collaborate with the Director of Wholesale to identify new distribution opportunities and evaluate potential retail partners.
- Monitor sales performance, prepare regular reports, and provide actionable insights to the Director of Wholesale.
- Track market trends and competitor activities to identify new growth opportunities.
- Work closely with marketing, merchandising, production, and finance teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.
- Support the Director of Wholesale in coordinating with logistics teams to ensure on-time deliveries and smooth operations.
- Organize and attend trade shows, market appointments, and other industry events to showcase the brand and secure orders.
- Prepare sales materials and presentations to support effective product storytelling.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Fashion Merchandising, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in wholesale sales within the fashion, luxury, or retail industry.
- Strong relationships with retail buyers and experience managing major wholesale accounts.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
Salary : $90,000 - $95,000
