What are the responsibilities and job description for the Salesforce Architect position at SBLI?
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Architect with a strong background in designing and implementing Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Salesforce architecture and core platform capabilities, with a focus on Financial Services Cloud (FSC ) . In addition to leading our Salesforce implementation, you will spearhead our Agentforce AI initiative, integrating advanced AI solutions to enhance our customer engagement and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities :
Architect and Design scalable Salesforce solutions, primarily focusing on Financial Services Cloud (FSC).
Lead the Development Team in building custom solutions using Salesforce technologies.
Spearhead the Agentforce AI Initiative, integrating AI capabilities into our Salesforce ecosystem.
Ensure Best Practices in Salesforce development, emphasizing security, scalability, and maintainability.
Collaborate with Stakeholders to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions.
Design Data Models and Architecture to support business processes.
Mentor Junior Developers and foster a collaborative team environment.
Requirements :
10 years of Salesforce experience, including strong knowledge of CRM and core Salesforce platform capabilities.
4-5 years of experience with Financial Services Cloud (FSC).
Proficiency in Salesforce Configuration, including Objects, Workflows, Process Builder, Flows, and Validation Rules.
Strong Understanding of Salesforce Flows.
Expertise in Customization and Configuration within Salesforce, particularly in the financial services domain.
Knowledge of AI Integration, preferably with Agentforce AI or similar platforms.
Knowledge of Salesforce Security, including profiles, roles, permission sets, and sharing rules.
Experience with Data Modeling and Management, including custom objects and relationships.
Excellent Communication Skills, with the ability to work effectively with both business stakeholders and technical teams.
Hybrid office model - three days in our Woburn office, two days remote
Preferred Qualifications :
Experience with Apex, SOQL, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and LWC.
Integration Experience using REST / SOAP APIs, Salesforce Connect, or middleware tools.
Familiarity with DevOps Practices, including CI / CD pipelines and tools like Salesforce DX.
Salesforce Certifications such as Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or Application / System Architect.
Experience with Scalable Architecture Design Patterns and understanding of Salesforce limits and governor constraints.
Proven Leadership Skills with a focus on communication, collaboration, and team development.
Experience with Other Salesforce Clouds (e.g., Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud) is a plus.
Experience with Azure DevOps is a plus.
Experience with HubSpot Integrations is beneficial but not mandatory for this role.
