Description:
Excellent communication skills in English at a 12th grade level or higher
- Ability to read and understand instructions in English proficiently
- Previous experience in housekeeping or a similar role is preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain cleanliness in a Senior Living Community
- Flexibility to work on holidays and adapt to a changing schedule
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to ensure a clean and safe environment for residents
1. Clean resident apartments, bathrooms, common areas, and employee offices as assigned.
2. Operate laundry facilities as needed.
3. Assist other departments in general cleaning in support of resident events and activities.
4. Keep current with all state and facility required annual training.
5. Perform other duties as assigned.
