Job Title: Overnight Security Officer
Job Type: Part-time
Location: Senior Living Community
Schedule: Sunday and Monday, 12:00 am to 8:00 am
We are currently seeking a reliable and experienced Overnight Security Officer to join our team at a Senior Living Community. As an Overnight Security Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of the residents, staff, and property during the overnight shift on Sundays and Mondays.
Responsibilities:
- Patrol the premises on foot or in a vehicle to ensure the safety and security of the community
- Monitor surveillance cameras and alarm systems
- Respond to emergency situations and provide assistance as needed
- Report any suspicious activity or incidents to the appropriate authorities
- Maintain accurate records of daily activities and incidents
- Provide excellent customer service to residents, staff, and visitors
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous security experience preferred
- Ability to work independently and make quick decisions in emergency situations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be able to stand, walk, and climb stairs for extended periods of time
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
