Job Summary :

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented IT Application Manager at SBM Life Science to serve as a key liaison between business stakeholders and IT teams, ensuring smooth execution of supply chain technology initiatives. This role will focus on translating business needs into actionable technical deliverables, optimizing ERP (Sage X3) and WMS functionalities, and supporting system integrations. The IT Application Manager will work closely with internal departments and external partners to document and refine requirements, oversee testing, and ensure that systems deliver measurable outcomes. This position plays a critical role in the alignment of supply chain operations with digital transformation strategies, bridging the gap between strategic vision and technical execution.

Minimum Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Supply Chain Management, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in IT applications management, ERP / WMS administration, or business process optimization.
• Experience working with ERP systems (Sage X3 preferred), WMS solutions, and integrations with internal and external platforms.
• Familiarity with supply chain operations and best practices.
