Description
Position at SBM Management The Facilities Program Manager is responsible for managing, and overseeing facilities planning, site planning, and programming for the assigned facilities and assisting with capital investment programs.
Responsibilities
- Manages day-to-day operations of building and ground maintenance and makes recommendations on any building related modifications.
- Manages all corporate related communication regarding building management, safety precautions and upcoming company related events.
- Teams up with operations to monitor safety and cleanliness of interior and exterior areas such as offices, conference rooms, parking lots and landscape grounds.
- Plans, prepares, monitors, and manages facility project related budget and project specifications, gathers bids for building services and meets with Finance for approval.
- Participates in the selection of vendors and contractors and manages relationships with them.
- Manages and reviews service contracts and partners with procurement to ensure vendor requirements are met.
- Controls space allocation and creates plan to anticipate office growth Forecasts, allocates, and supervises financial and physical resources of facility management.
- Provides advice and direction for space design improvements.
- Serves as a liaison with executives and project manager for consideration of office expansion from corporate to regional offices.
- Monitors lease renewals and creates communication between all internal parties to renew, term, or expand.
- Oversee standardization of corporate and regional office responsibilities such as conference rooms, snack experience, IT related equipment etc. Qualifications.
