SBM Management is searching for a Finance Business Analyst to join our team! The Finance Business Analyst is responsible for analyzing financial data, creating reports, and providing insights to help organizations make informed business decisions.

Responsibilities :

  • Data Analysis & Reporting : Gather, analyze, and interpret complex financial data to support business decision-making.
  • Cost Efficiencies : Study and provide creative alternatives to reduce costs & overhead.
  • Process Optimization : Identify opportunities to improve financial processes and implement scalable solutions.
  • Business Insights : Partner with stakeholders to identify business opportunities for top & bottom-line improvements.
  • Performance Tracking : Develop and maintain dashboards to track KPIs and financial performance.
  • Financial Modeling : Create detailed financial models to assess business opportunities, risks, and ROI.
  • System Improvements : Work with IT and finance teams to enhance ERP systems and reporting tools.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications :

  • Proficiency in financial systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, UKG).
  • Advanced skills in Excel and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
  • Knowledge of SQL or Python is a plus.
  • Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field (CFA preferred).
  • 3–5 years in a similar role, with a strong focus on financial analysis and business strategy.

    • Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) :

  • Financial Performance Analysis : Deliver monthly financial performance reports with at least 95% accuracy within 3 business days after the close of each reporting period, including actionable insights for cost reduction and revenue growth opportunities.
  • Cost Reduction Initiatives : Identify and implement at least three cost-saving measures per quarter, resulting in a minimum of 10% reduction in targeted overhead expenses annually.
  • Process Improvement Implementation : Develop and implement at least two process optimization solutions within the first six months, reducing financial reporting cycle time by 20% and improving data accuracy for decision-making.
